    I won a Alcatel tablet from your promo contest last April 14, but as of now di ko pa nare receive ung prize ko. Wala din akong makuhang feedback regarding this matter. Pinagpapasa pasahan ako ng mga cust service personnel nyo. From 333, 1822 at Sun shop Malolos Branch. Nakalagay sa mechanics nyo na within 10 working days and delivery ng item. naglapse na yun Last May 2. Iniisip ko tuloy napapasok yata ng anomalya ang sun. Sana di tuluyang mawala ang tiwala ko sa inyo. Ilang years na rin akong tumatangkilik sa inyo. Thank you very much.

    I would like to inform you that I already received the Alcatel tablet (won in the raffle of your Sun Broadband Promo) this afternoon. And I would like to apologized to Sun Management to what I;ve said before. Bagamat matagal din naman talaga ang inabot bago ko nareceive ang nasabing item, kumpara sa sinasabi sa mechanics na 10 working days. It took almost a month before a received the item, and from that time I did not received any feedback regarding the delay on the shipment of the said item. Plus the fact that cust. service from diff. hotline (333, 1822, 200 including Sun Shop Malolos Branch), Wala po silang malinaw na masabi inilalapit kong reklamo. Okey na po muli ang paghingi ko na apology sa ilang di magandang bagay na nasabi online . Ang tiwala ko sa Sun na muntik ng maglaho na halos ilang taon na rin akong tumatangkilik.
