Maybe for Smart you should not forget to text your promo avail-er the process on how to use the said subscription, what if they don’t have the access to the net or other remedy in order to know how, what a waste of money right?… one more thing you should inform your customer when our regular loads would expire a day after or hour before expiration because several times we forget to do so ending we lost our regular loads many times…
