3. Access and register at Nokia Buena Microsite (http://www.nokia-ph-gs.com/nokiabuena) to earn a raffle entry
4. Participants must complete the following information:
- Complete Name of the Participant (as it appears on a valid government issued ID);
- Device Purchase;
- IMEI number of the purchased Nokia Device;
- Complete Name of the Front liner (as signed in the Official Receipt);
- Complete Mailing Address;
- Landline Number;
- Mobile Number;
- E-mail address;
- E-mail address (for confirmation)
- Store Location/Branch
- Official Receipt (OR) Number
- With the date of purchase ii.Official store name
5.Participants can register more than once however, one (1) registration requires one (1) Nokia Device phone with a unique IMEI number. Each Nokia device has a corresponding number of entries stated above.
6. For participants who have purchased 2 or more devices with one single receipt, they will need to register twice or more in the microsite, depending on the number of devices purchased using the same Official Receipt (OR) number.
7. Winners can only win once per IMEI number in the entire promo duration. Winners of any weekly draw will not be qualified in the remaining weekly draws.
